At Nova Handmade, every piece is made with love and care. We want you to be completely happy with your order.
RETURNS
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unused and in its original condition.
EXCHANGES
We're happy to exchange your item for a different colour or design. Just message us on WhatsApp or Instagram.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Custom orders and bouquets cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.

DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, please send us a photo within 24 hours of receiving it and we'll replace it immediately.
